Awaken 4* Void or 4* Red Hulk?

There are different views in the forum saying that there is no need to dupe them and both of them don't need to be awakened to be awesome but on other hand others claiming that obviously it's better if they are. I mean its obvious that all champs are better after wakening their abilities, but if I should use the gem only on one of them, I can't decide which one.. So on which champ will have the awakening better impact?

    Void is better overall. So I say him.

    Void is great. If you max despair he can get through strong regen enemies.

    Void definitely needs the awakening to be really good. And rulk's sig is pretty useless- starts you with 2 charges, physical resist per charge, and incinerate resist- only good for mephisto atm.
