Is she still worth r4? I know she hits like a truck, just curious what everyone's opinion of her is now.

    Not if you have better options, but poison immune and how she hits makes her a viable champ. Dealing high damage is critical to ending fights quickly. Plus her s1 deals true damage, ignoring armor. Could be useful against IMIW, but using it does defeat her damage increase from stored power.

    For right now I have Drag, Angela, and carnage (maybe he'll get buffed soon) Dead and Angela are both good just trying to figure out who I might r4 when the time comes

    I'm a proud owner of a rank4 5* Cap Marvel. She was my first r4 5* and she's gotten me through a lot of content. Yes, there are better cosmics out there, but she's a sold hero and I do not regret it. Angela and Drax are both good options, although neither are poison immune.
