Which 4 star should be upgraded and which one should be neglected?

    If you need an all around good champ, then x-23 is your best bet. If you need an aw defender then cable is your best bet. But you should ignore the rest.

    Ignore ant man and magneto, upgrade the rest especially if Awakened. Cable and x23 are good champs, and awakened punisher 2099 is effective against regeneraters

    Yeah punisher 2099 is an underrated champ. He was my first 4* and my first to awaken, so he’s carried me through most of my fights.
    Automatic heal block, which automatically reapplies itself.
    Automatic power lock before the opponent gets to SP3
    Armour break on SP2
    Stun on heavy
    And while his regen is pretty weak, it’s still a bonus
