Banned for no reason

I started playing about 1 month ago - this was my last round in the beginner bracket and I grinded hard for Ironman IW (missed it at rank 54 last time).
I kept refreshing over and over once it finished to see whether I made the top 50 and sadly I didn't (rank 74, even though I got 1.8 million!!). Once I clicked "claim reward" for the shards, after I went to the arena to see if HULK was there and I noticed only the basic 1 character arena.
I clicked "previous arenas" and nothing was there. I kept logging out/logging in and it didn't help.
Now I tried to login again and it says my account is banned for 168 hours for a terms of service violation.
I can tell you with 100% certainty this is an error as I've never done anything to break the TOS, and I don't use my iPad for anything but playing MCOC.
I sent a ticket to Kabam but I've read that takes forever to get fixed and I don't want to miss my chance to get a HULK for the next arena.
Any suggestions?
