Unavoidable matchmaking problem

Hi,

We are a p2/p3 alliance. We have been focusing a lot on aw. We buy boosts, have tons of spreadsheets and other resources to manage our war strategy and progress, and have been scrupulous about starting matchmaking ASAP.

Last night we started matchmaking as soon as our war was over and it took over 4 hours for us to match. Now we can't squeeze in a 3rd war and our season is basically screwed bc of this.

Is there anything that can be done to be compensated for this unavoidable problem that was not our fault? Despite all of our efforts to make ourselves as successful as possible, it is awfully devastating for us to suffer such a significant loss of points due to something that was not our responsibility.

We are a clean alliance. We respect each alliance we play against and have always been against account sharing and piloting. This is just a deflating blow. Many if us have already felt burnt out and this might be the last straw We hope that kabam does the right thing by addressing this situation. Please help. Thank you.

This is gonna lead to a setback of around 150k points(in case of a loss) times the bracket multiplier 6.2, so around 930k points or 1.24 million points if that war would have been a win. That could be the difference between ranking in p3 and p2.

Did you start your first match right when matchmaking opened? If you started a few hours after war started then that’s your problem. MMX was slightly different but they still could have done sowmrhring for other alliances

Missing this war is a pretty huge hit. No reason why there can’t be compensation. I’d understand if it was last minute, but matchmaking just failed to place us with a match for several hours. We’re top 100 in war rating, and it’s going to be a shame after all the hard work, time, and items spent if we have no shot at plat 2 due to a matchmaking issue that’s no fault of our own.
