Pathes in EQ

Is it a bug or working as intended?
In uncollected EQ yesterday a friend of mine tried to go for Cap. Marvel but couldnt find a way... 🤨🤔

Maybe he got something wrong...
Anybody else experienced or even solved that Problem?
