Screen still spinning

Hello I downloaded the app last month and am only lvl 6 as I cannot play the game I put a discussion here last month also but no one could help also the support team couldn't help just wondering if anyone could help now so my phone is a Meizu m3s and whenever I load the game the screen just starts spinning like constantly flips the screen even if it's flat and screenlock is on and I've never had this happen in any other game if anyone can help I appreciate it cause I really love the game and I've been trying for a month to play it haha thanks

    The only thing I haven't tried is resetting data but I don't really want to do that but if it's the only option I'll do it any advice ?

    Only thing that comes to mind is to see if you can calibrate the compass and disable GPS. Sounds like a glitch in the OS.

    I adjusted and calibrated my phone so I'll tell you how it's goes thanks

    Darn sorry to hear that. I'm out of ideas. I don't think you can calibrate the Gyroscope chip... And it is only happening with this game I'm really not sure.

    Damn sorry to hear that. I'm out of ideas. I don't think you can calibrate the Gyroscope chip... And it is only happening with this game I'm really not sure.

    I know I really don't understand the problem everything works fine but this app maybe my phone can't handle the app haha

    This problem used to happen a lot more often then it does now. There was a point when Nexus and even Motorola Devices would do this. It had to do with an app that would make a call to change the orientation of the screen, but the device would think it was oriented the other way. This would result in this rotating of the screen back and forth.

    Eventually a fix in the form of an OS update came out and we no longer needed to modify system files to get around it.

    This problem would also be exaggerated at times with certain cases on the phones as they could interfere with the gyroscope. Usually it was cases that has metal or magnets in them.

    This isn't something wrong with the game, it's something wrong with your phone and/or its OS. You should be contacting the phone manufacturer.
