    They actually did. It used to be 1%. I’ve gotten several 4* champs from the PHC since then. I’m not saying there aren’t things that need fixing, but this isn’t one of those things.

    I've gotten a 4* yellow jacket, 4* civil Warrior, and 4* Dr voodoo in the past two weeks, opening 1-2 PHC per day.

    Since the drop rates became 2% i have pulled:
    4* Moon Knight
    4* WWII Captain America
    4* Dormammu
    4* Mordo
    4* Iceman
    And a few others

    I pulled 4* elektra within my first week of playing, just for joining an alliance. Since the drop rates increased I have pulled 4* X23, Hood, and Carnage. I have no reason to say yes, but why would I say no to more 4* champs?

    No doubt the current increased drop rates for 4*s are great, but who doesn't want an increased chance for 4*s?.

    All drop rates need to be increased, just watch crystal whale open 450 domino crystals and only got her 1x as 5*.

    Thats $4400 to get her 1x. Drop rates are worse than the lottery.
