New 6* featured crystal not shown in crystal menu

I checked for an update, closed the game and relaunched it and yet the new 6* featured crystal hasn’t shown up. I thought Kabam might be having problems like they have in the past with crystals, but I see that there are videos online of people opening it up today. Is this happening to anyone else?

    The crystal was bugged for some people so they disabled it for now. It seems they haven't solved the problem yet.

    Ok. That makes sense. I did see a post about it being bugged before posting this. Wasn’t sure if this was a separate bug or not.

    As stated above, there is currently an issue with the crystal and it has currently been disabled for the time being. You can find more information on this here.
