Game Not Loading At All. This Has Happened 2 times, Now Its Still not loading that's been ages.

That's been over 2 Hours My Game Hasn't Been Going past the first loading screen. I tried on my patters phone and everything worked fine but not on mine. I have an iPhone 6s & she has an iPhone 6.
