Sudden alliance tier down as well as season drop

We were in a gold 3 alliance after winning some war we got our position back.but suddenly after last war we won our alliance drop down from gold 3 to silver 1 that's repulsive.Even we r playing on tier 13 we dropped down to multiplier 2 and rewards also dropped..Is that an issue.please rply kabam
