How do I assume leadership of my alliance?

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
My leader has been inactive for 17 days and my officer has been inactive for 23 days... How can I take over as leader? Our alliance is invite only and now I'm the only one able to recruit since all other officers left for other alliances. I can't kick the leader or officer and I can't promote... What do I do

    Start a new alliance, or open a service ticket in game.

    How do you know it works?

    Im on the same boat, leader and my other peer officer has been out for 160 days or more

    Hello,

    If your Alliance leader has been inactive for 30 days, you can request to have the highest ranking active member of the Alliance promoted to leader. You can reach out to support for assistance by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support" under the Account header or by using this form.

    Follow up. I used the link that Lyra posted. It does work! I placed the ticket today like 5 hrs ago, and it has been solved. I was the only officer working there, so I was promoted to leader, and that fixed everything.

    Inactivity does not mean ban.

    It works, they allowed to take over an old alliance
