Should kabam hand out master rewards to all alliances since massive reports of cheating have surface

This is wrong account sharing was not optional for that group. The guy said he was in for 50k and the company wouldn’t fix it for him that’s pretty weak customer service and no justice at all for the guy who wiped him 🤦‍♂️

Yeah you don’t have to believe me but I have never shared my account ever (in over 3 years) but just about everyone else I’ve played with probably has at some point. Dude was in that ally for a long time the sharing was commonplace for a while, he was a top spender he doesn’t deserve to have his account ruined like that imo.

he knew the consequnces. What he spent means nothing.

I guess the better thing is to give rewards which is 1 bracket above us. Ex: Silver1 ally gets the gold 3 rewards.

Getting shafted season1 is what still irks me and a lot of former alliance mates and friends.

We finished a few spots out of platinum, gold 1 position 3 or something, which definitely shouldn't have been the case given the crazy amounts of piloting. The huge movement on the AW season2 leaderboard after their first "correction" proved this.

With all we invested, felt bad dude, and the alliance broke up for the most part shortly after as a direct result.

Kabam cannot be entirely blamed for player ingenuity but they did create a situation season1 that I think mostly was poisoned, and they've taken strides to fix it season2.

However I think some community wide gesture on their part to soothe season1 missteps would go a long way to squash the discontent that's been simmering over AW.

Trying to be fair I would suggest on the high side, an in-game mail with rewards equal to the difference in tiers between say gold1 and platinum3 or on the low side, some of the AW crystals that have t2a/t5bs in em.

Just my humble opinion

That's not fair play lol. Not every alliance in master is cheating, so why should the get shafted

Um, no. Just, No. Your solution is insanely extreme but, it'd be easier just to remove them from the scoring brackets, and thus everyone else moves up a little and not straight to uber god tier in the span of a fart

Another idea: they could give out rewards from the next tier. For example, if your alliance is gold 2, they get the gold 1 rewards instead.

If it was platinum 1 and 2 get master rewards, sure why not? They are good enough that’s it doesn’t unbalance things.

Meanwhile, my second account that’s like 9k BHR would love most of a 6* crystal for doing 5 AW.

How about disqualifying those who are cheating from war season 2 and then those who played fair and square would slide up in place of those alliances that are disqualified.

Punishing a top few alliance isn’t going to change the out come for 95% if the alliances. There is what like 20 alliances in master, if they demote them you will only go up 20 spots.

The people thinking you will go from gold 3 to plat, yiu are just ridiculous

If there are 20+ wars a season, and alliances cheated to wins in over 50% of them, it would have a larger effect than you’re suggesting. You assume the cheating alliances haven’t been able to use the wrongly gotten rewards to better their teams and further displace others. You’re also assuming they’re all good players (hint:they’re not) and would have otherwise won wars.

I am extremely disappointed and sickened with the way that Kabam has handled this matter. If you cheated or were in an alliance that cheated then you should not qualify for any season rewards. Cheaters got a minor hand slap, changed alliances, and still ended up with top rewards is just plain inexcusable. This only encourages cheating and will allow the top alliances to continue to do this moving forward. If you were fully banned from season rewards then you would certainly think again before considering it in an upcoming season. In regards to the rest of us that played legit and spent a lot of potions/items in wars then our rewards should be buffed and at minimum be bumped up one tier. If you finished in Platinum 3 then you get Platinum 2 rewards and so on.

No, he's only assuming that no matter how good a group of twenty alliances get, and no matter how much they cheat, they cannot influence the standings by more than twenty places. That's fundamental arithmetic.

Cheating can move alliances between brackets, but it cannot increase the size of those brackets. Because the brackets have a fixed size, every alliance that moves up moves another alliance down, no matter how they accomplish that.
