Alliance war connection problems

I was fighting mesphito, as soon as I defeated him it say network problem and got disconnected.
Although in the chatbox it is showing that I defeated him but he is still alive on the map

    Went to enter 3rd fight on node 26 path 6, spinning wheel..Connection was fine, fought 2 fights previously flawlessly. Half health gone when rebooted game, and I'm pretty sure it counted as a death. Nothing wrong on my end. Is kabam going to fix this....NO. Will they make changes to alliance wars so they are fun? doubt it. Will they keep rewards relatively even between rankings in order to end the cheating? Face it playboy, kabam are no different than the gypsy's running the carnival. Game is rigged in their favor.
