Nebula Shock Charges

According to her stats and desc, holding block will charge her baton. However i tried holding block but no charges were triggered. Instead , i have to dash back followed by holding block to charge her baton.

Is this normal ?

    The charging without dash-back takes some time to proc, around 1 sec, if I am not wrong.
    Start of fight, you block immediately, that is the moment it has this delay before the charging starts.
    We are unable to notice it cause you cannot just block for 2 seconds at start of a fight, the AI will use a heavy mostly in this case.

    This doesn't only happen at start, but also all through the match...sometimes she just doesn't charge up regardless of how long you are blocking...

    Never experienced the charges not building, but thanks for the info, will check it out in arenas
    Did you log a ticket for this?
    We can hope for a official response if this is an intermittent bug.

    I have never experienced this with her how ever her s1 does not cause power gain so she clearly has a lot of bugs that aren't letting her reach her full potential.
