Better drop rates?

You guys are the most deceitful company I have ever done business with. Swore off buying crystals and had a good stash saved up because of it. Then I see your "message" about increased drop rates from featured crystals. Thinking well if nothing else I'll at least pull a champ I don't already have sig 99 in a 3 star, maybe even a 4 star if I was lucky. Should have known considering I have not even pulled a 3 star featured(which I would have been more than happy with to cut some grind time) since moon knight(over a year and a half). So stupidly I get baited, buy 5 crystals, and lol and behold what drops? The same s### different crystal. 5 two star champs who are older than dirt. Learn to be a little more honest in your marketing crooks. And I will never, never, never(get the hint) drop another dime on your game or even attempt another crystal opening of any featured with my units. I don't even know how much longer I'm gonna even play this game. You are so out of touch with your customers it's pathetic. Rant over.

    Do you think a pop-up message stating the chance to pull a 3* or 4* is rare will be helpful just before you click the confirm use of units?

    Something. I would not have wasted 750 units for 5 two stars. I just wanted to avoid grind time and just hoped for a 3 star to cut one of the arenas I run. I'm kind of a collector. Even if I'd have pulled a 3 star past feature that I don't already have at sig 99 I would have been happy. But really. 5 two stars out of 5 crystals and I see guys buying upwards of 10+ in the same predicament. FYI that used to be my idiotic self too. Deceptive marketing.

    Missed the whole slightly increased thing they put there they never said u were guaranteed it they simply said will be slightly easier if knowing this u still decided to drop money that's on nobody but u

    Honestly this games been going on for how long did u really think 5 crystals r 10 crystals would guarantee the featured?

    Didn't care if it was featured or not. Featured would have been nice, but all I wanted to see was something above a 2*. That was the statement. 2 stars would drop less frequently. 3 star non featured I would not be sitting here griping. But 5 two stars? I could have pulled that from phc's from shards for free.

    Some one I play with spent 7k units for the same very reason thinking that after the msg the drop rates will be better, boy was he wrong, no 4*, just a few 3* an the rest 2*, an not one 9f the 3* was the feature,.save your units an don't waste them on those crystals

    Here is my case;
    I've been playing this game for 18 months. And I have 78 4* and 15 5* champs. I bought more than 200 of those featured crystals so far. And haven't pulled any featured from those not even a 3* version. I made my last purchase when dr. Voodoo was the featured hero (I guess it was 6-7 months ago). Bought 20 of them and end up pulling war machine and pissed :angry:. Since then I decided not to buy those ever again. That's not all... when it comes to pulling new champions, when they're added to the regular crystals; My last 2 pulls before they become basic in arenas were hyperion and civil warrior (I don't remmeber the third :neutral: )

    So! here is my conclusion:
    No matter what mods says, there is no equality or any kind of fairness in this game. Some accounts are really lucky when pulling champs from any crystal. I have a player in my alliance and he pulled the last 3 featured heroes from those crystal with just buying 5 crystal for each round. And some accounts like me has no luck at all and you are probably the one!

    And here is my advise:
    Keep in mind that; buying those rare chanced crystal is more like playing a slot machine in a casino. Spending 150 units on re-skinned phc isn't a good investment in this game. Since I've made up mind and decided not to buy those crystals I am really happy :wink:. Most of time I am sitting on 2-3k units. So I have chance to; buy those special unit offers, give a try to complete lol, etc...

    Increase chance is not the same as guarantee a 4 * when you open 10 in a row.

    I think there should be an increased chance to obtain a 4* when you are opening more than 5 crystals. And say opening 6 crystals has a higher chance than opening 5 and opening 6 has a higher chance than 5 etc.
