    Hey @Mishai! Unfortunately, we can't help with account specific problems on the forums but make sure to reach out to our Support Team, who will be more than happy to help!

    Just tap on the gear in the left corner of the Main Screen and then hit 'Support' and try to keep your device away from wandering siblings next time!
