Who is the Next Basic 4 star hero?

Kabam added some great champs as basic 4 stars this year. But why was hela is removed from next basic 4 star. If she is removed then who shall be next 4 star in basic arena. Any Ideas friends?

*sigh* They ran Hela early for the release of Ragnorok on DVD. It kind of messed up the releases since then. But as stated and linked, there is a thread where Kabam makes the upcoming arena announcement every Tuesday.
