Pym deal purchase and lost microrealm.

I wanted to post this as a thread for those of us who purchased the Pym Canister $19.99 deal and then lost their purchase due to server outage during the microrealm. Today I bought the $19.99 USD to receive an additional 250,000 particles so that I could purchase a 500,000 pym particle disc and enter the master mode microrealm. As soon as I entered the Master microrealm the game underwent emergency maintenance for the 19.0 update. When the game restarted the microrealm had ended and both my 250K claimed particles and the $19.99 purchased particles were completely wasted. To take money for rewards and then have them disappear from our account accounts is completely unacceptable. Server outages and compensation delays are one thing but when money changes hands the offense is more heinous and the deal should be refunded. If this happened to you please join the thread.

    Yeah, same incident happened to me. Requested a refund. Had the usual mail from kabam support saying this is a known issue. Nothing was mentioned about refund or compensation.
    I’m boycotting this game until the matter has been resolved.

    Request the refund from Apple/Google play. You've definitely been wronged here. You'll get a refund directly from them

    Same here I have sent 5 support tickets. Also private messages 2 kabam moderators and nothing yet. This is really starting to take the p now

    Hey All,

    We plan on making sure that anybody that missed out on their first Rift due to the Maintenance will get their Entry Disk back. We're still in the midst of discussing how we're going to make this happen, but we have nailed that much down so far.

    We'll let you know when we have more information.
