I have an alarm each week to jump on and start matchmaking... Almost 30min since it should have opened up but still disabled. Anyone else having this issue?

Don't make any sense, you guys are having a horrendous year so far and horrible last few weeks.
You need to get it together, especially with the new season rearing it's head soon
War was supposed to be back up over a 1 1/2 hours ago, that period is done already and it's been like this for awhile so that has nothing to do with what's going on.
We need an actual comment from an administrator
