Dumb question, but why not roll back the release?

With all these issues with slownes, overheating problems, dash back issues, crashes, why can’t Kabam roll back the last update.
I mean, do you go into a fight without a back out plan ? I’m not sure why they dont plan ahead for these things. These are basic production control and code migration strategies.
