Had my account hacked and kabam won’t do anything

Had my account hacked and all my 3 and 4 star champs were sold by whoever hacked the account however on submitting a ticket to kabam they just disregarded the case and closed it basicly saying that they can’t do anything yet they can still catch people for piloting but not see that whoever did this to my account was not from the same place as me and so it wasn’t actually me

I just wanted me account returned to how it was before but kabam were just useless and closed the case

I wouldn’t be so mad but I spent so much time money and effort on the account and now it’s unplayable

    You don’t just get hacked, it happens when you give your details out hence why Kabam won’t do anything for you.

    right cause someone "hacked" u and knows...

    1. the exact email u used to login
    2. know the exact password u used to login
    3. no one knows my login besides me, I never told anyone...I am not safe? is anyone safe? I should live in fear someone will know both my email and password and hack me? so maybe someone will also know my bank account and social media accounts since they both require an email and password.

    Please make sure that you provide as much of the following information as possible to verify your account:

    1. Last 2 Purchases (Amount of real-world currency spent, if applicable and approximate within 1 day) i.e Google or iTunes purchases
    2. Last Login Date (approximate within 60 Days)
    3. Your account's name as it is displayed in-game
    4. Email linked to your account (this can be your GameCenter ID, Google Play ID, or your Kabam ID)
    5. Account Creation Date (approximate within 60 Days)
