Missing replacement 5-star crystal from Spectacular Summoners Bundle

I was one of the people who whaled out on the Spectacular Summoners Bundle unit offer on July 4th. Kabam have publicly stated they will be sending out a second 5-star crystal to all summoners who purchased this but haven’t received anything yet and it’s been almost a week. Has anyone heard anything? Is there a timeline for this? @Kabam Miike

    They already answered, multiple times in many threads, that it will be this week. It can even be today, who knows

    Thanks. I don’t read the forums constantly so hadn’t seen earlier threads. It would be nice if they could be a bit more specific given how much people spent on this.

    Mike said they're hoping EOD today or tomorrow morning.
