    There is no "best" mystic. Even the good ones are best in certain "scenarios".

    In terms of overall utility, Ghost Rider,

    Buff removal/Block
    Power Drain/Lock
    Regeneration
    Bleed
    Fury
    Degeneration
    Bleed Immune

    The reasons I rank him over SW,

    5* Version gives more hit point leeway/harder basic hits
    Completely controllable by the player when and how to activate his abilities where SW is random
