Please force close the app, sign out of your Google Play or Apple Game Center account, and restart your device. Once your device powers on again, sign back into your Google Play or Apple Game Center account, open the MCoC app and try to make a purchase once more. If you're still unable to make a purchase, please uninstall and reinstall the game, and try once more to make a purchase.
