Suggest: remove loading times from timed legend runs

I continue to see frustration in chat groups about ways to get Legend status via Time Attack runs. There's an easy fix... Time stamps in the game to remove events that take no skill from your time total e.g. have the game timestamp when a loading screen starts and ends, and don't count that time in the players total elapsed time.
Why? Because right now you can't get Legend status unless you:
1) live in an area with fast internet
2) have the latest and greatest iPhone (Android loads slower)
3) keep the processor cool. Folks are literally playing on ice to stop processor throttling due to heat.
Kabam, your phones processor and/or the health of Kabam servers that moment should not be a factor in your Legend worthiness. This isn't hard to program, just time stamp those events and substract the time.
The ONLY downside I can see to this is the time on the players personal stopwatch won't be the final actual time used to determine who is fastest. That might cause some confusion.
