Suggestions on best Masteries?

The two most helpful ones that I can think of that I have are:

Parry: MAXED
Dexterity: MAXED

I have over 1000 to buy Stoney cores etc.

Suggestions on the best to get right now? Regen? Deep wounds? I have a 4*, R4 lvl 31 Gwenpool. I bet deep wounds will help.
