LVL level stuck

in Bugs and Known Issues
My LVL is stuck on 60. Not showing any LVL points after beating marvel apponent. Why?

    Because level 60 is their cap and we don't gain any more level up points

    In like the 1st 15-18 months after the game came out, they raised the lvl cap 2 times, but they haven’t raised since? That was about 2.5yrs ago

    They don't want to because it would make our life easier and they don't want to give us more mastery points or mastereies and they design their content for that energy cap blah blah
