Hey, i have a few 4 stars and i dont know who to rank up, and who worths it, i have Scarlet Witch unduped, The Hood unduped, Crossbone unduped, yondu unduped, hulk unduped and the rest is pretty much bin bag, so not worth mentioning. Does any of these champions worth ranking them to rank 4?

the hood is a good choice as doesn't need to be duped to be good. same for crossbones.
