Never ending problems

It amuses me how Kabam ignores many issues that have been going for so long, yet there's time for AW and constant offers to make us spend money. What about the lagging issue? The connection problem issue? The crashing issue? The slowness and glitches issue? The cell phones getting too hot to play the game issue? Why not focus on these issues and many others and provide a good update so that everyone can enjoy the game like we use to? I guess Kabam's priorities are much different than ours. Considering that WE are the one's who keep the game afloat...

If everyone starts and ask them to stop doing offers and fix the game for once and for all... that is leading to bankruptcy because their offer is keeping the game up while fixing doesn’t. Sure! Fixing would come in a long way but it also cost money to fix everything.

The more issues there is, the more ppl spend. Get the vets and get new players, nobody knows anything is wrong. Kabam will not make fixes, they don't even acknowledge there own thread dedicated to android issues. The mods may care slightly only because they have to deal with the complaints, but the company in general sees that as long as people are playing and spending, nothing is wrong and all is working as intended

Most likely they have staff delegated to new content that doesn't work on bug fixes and such, that would be handled by another dept/area. I have no idea how large they are, employee-wise but that would be normal for most companies unless they have a rather small pool of employees that act more as jack-of-all-trades type staff. There's a game company I read about that's been around for 2 decades, they all make the same amount of money (every one of them, there is no CEO, and they are successful) and only have 11 employees. Unless they are a major company like EA or something it's hard to tell how staffed these companies are.
