Please do something with 5* Hawkeye sig

Hawkeye is a great utility hero. No argument. But is there any hero that has a less useful or less impactful sig increase? Hemmorage is already weak because it only activates once in a fight. So completely useless for longer fights. Even at that it is only a "chance". I took him from level 20 to 60 thanks to a ridiculous back to back 5* roll from finishing LOL. And at 60 his PI is still so bloody low and the damage barley increases. So disappointing.

    Punisher, luke cage, phoenix, yellow jacket, iron patriot, bpcw, morales.... I mean the list goes on. Hawkeye definitely does not have the worst or most useless sig ability.
