My account was banned for 158 hours

Hi kabam my account was banned for 158 hours I sanded 5 messages to customer support that I'm sorry I will never do this mistake again but they refused and said we cannot and we will not unbann you the question I want to ask is that can you get unbanned or not I am not threatning or anything my account will be unbanned on Thursday waiting for the account to be unbanned and after that I will complete uncollected and will open a 5star and 6 star
