Server downtime affecting AW results - how do you handle this Kabam?

Server being down is not new, but if it happens during last hour of a war it means bosses eventually can’t be taken down and war results are not reflecting reality. How does Kabam react to that? How do you compensate an alliance that loses a war due to servers being down and they can’t fully explore the map? As alliance one should be able to trust war window is stable and if you want to clear map in last minute you should be able to. It’s not up to the alliances to anticipate server outages. That responsibility cannot be delegated back to players. This is pure Kabam responsibility.

    And now servers are again down. Twice today. Jesus you really need to fix that. That’s unacceptable. You live from players investing time and money into the game so at least a stable game we should get in return.

    Get better developers? Most issues aren’t infrastructure or server related you know. It’s misconfigurations on the app and coding side

    May be. All I care is that Kabam is still responsible to fix this. Whatever the reason.

    The server has been down 3 times since yesterday, really screwing up our war effort

    Will it cost you rewards and make you use items....if so, its already handled
