AI Recovery and Blocked Specials!

I know there are several threads on this issue and I've posted this to them as well but want a CLEAN thread that I can hopefully get some attention on. This is in the Uncollected EQ for this month against the Hydra Symbiode but as others have attested, it happens in any and all advanced content - AI recovery is ridiculous yes, but this is an even bigger issue because I literally had my special blocked while the AI still had his hands down!
Fellow Summoners: Please don't try to play Kabam developer and chime in here on what you THINK is going on (even if you stayed at a Holiday INN last night, you are not a Kabam developer!), all you do is dilute the focus and get Kabam off the hook for providing an answer! But if you have proof of your own that demonstrates and supports what I'm showing, by all means, please post it.
@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Lyra can I please get an answer from Dev team on how/why my special is blocked even though damage shows up and Ronan's SP1 beam is ENTIRELY THROUGH the defender while his hands are still down?
