4 star problem

How is it possible that lvl2 player's have 4star champs and im almost level 30 and can't seem to get a 4 star hero even tho i bought quite a few crystals

Please help me!!!!

Its prolly an alt account from someone that has a fairly decent main account.

Yeah but i mean there is so many low level players with 4 star champs???

And i play the game like every day buy Crystal when i can and every time just getting 2 stars

Don't buy crystals, they have such a low drop rate. its better to do arena or story mode for shards. you'll get better luck there.

I have a second account, below level 30 which I don't play often but just login daily. I have a 5* yellow jacket champ.

You will soon obtain 4*s.
