Still no response - game went down mid Legends run - ? Downtime excluded from my run or not

Hello. I would be grateful for some advice as I’ve been emailing Kabam Support and just keep receiving a generic response which isn’t answering my question and it’s extremely frustrating! I’ve now sent a lot of tickets and emails to them with no joy. Fuming.

I attempted my first Legends run Sunday 5th August in the evening after my war finished. I spent a lot of money on refills, boosts and sorting my masteries etc.
Unfortunately the game went down for 45 mins (in my initial ticket submitted in the early hours of Monday morning I listed specific accurate times).
All I want to know is if this downtime will be deducted off my total time? This is the fair thing to do as why shud my score be affected by the game being down?!
I personally am fuming about this and very unhappy. I appreciate games go down but to not have my question answered and to just receive a generic response, after the money time and effort put into the Legends run, I don’t think it’s good enough.
Please can someone let me know if the downtime will be taken off my Legends run. If not - I would like compensating for all boosts used, refills and all the units I spent on masteries etc.
