This is going to sound like I a flogging a dead horse with all this compensation and Summoner Appreciation flying around
But hear me out...
Morale at an all time low
Game time and participation at an all time low
Community alienation at an all time high
The Summoner Appreciation week is much needed and anticipated event for the community to benefit from, but given the suboptimal performances and recent endeavours by Kabam, I would have expected something more that goes above and beyond what we would expect.
Additionally, for actual compensation for downtime due to technical difficulties, I can’t imagine it’ll be gamebreaking or expensive to inject each Summoner with a compensation package that makes an actual difference to them.
If you want to get the community back on side throw them a goddamn bone; look after us with genuine sincerity and we will look after you. Units, RDT’s, Shards, Gold whatever it may be, a genuine tailored package that just isn’t your generic ‘that’ll do approaxh’ Willgo a long way to getting the community back on side

It might be an isolated viewpoint but my alliance has seen a significant drop in participation due to gameplay/technical/server issues along with some broken champs that make AW stupid and Uncollected EQ frustrating.
Some people are putting the game down entirely as either life is more pressing or low enjoyment factor; I am teetering on the verge of this myself.

As seen by the recent deals which, compare to previous years, suck; as well as the SA event being just ‘that’ll do’
Like he said don't feed the troll, there's a few people like him here. Wish there was a block button, that way he could just argue with himself.
Just put them on Ignore, simple solution, no need to engage with them, their agendas are clear.
