  Luke cage...has a good damage output,reduces ability accuracy,can stun lock opponents and when awakened tank sp3 with his indestructible

  So now I am confused. I have both 5* Luke and yellow jacket. I ranked up Luke cage but still not sure of the correctness of my decision
