By that math its still only 16.666%. But all that math is wrong. Because a featured has 24 champs in it all with a flat 4.5% chance that renews every crystal.

If you’re aiming at one specific champ, as it seems you are, then yes, it drops to 4.x% chance. But given a flat drop rate, if 6 are new and your criterium is just that, odds go up to 25% based on the number of champs.
