Specials missing after 5 hit combo´s

Its happening again! Specials missing after 5 hit combo´s. Ghostrider, Magik, Iceman etc etc.
Also the champs are out of control. After Kabam is paying rewards with the Gwenpool event, al these problems are back.

Using latest ios software, playing on a ipad air 2.
