Game play feels weird

My champs feel like they're stuck in treacle, really sluggish and unresponsive.
Anyone else having problems?

Not here...game is acting fine for me...although now I have this strange desire for molasses cookies....

I started my Act 4 play-through and it was at first. then it leveled itself out. Hopefully it doesn't last long for you.
