    This is an offer aimed at newer players. This is Normal go price. In the past it has been 99.99 cash. This one is units and when They offer something for units they had about 13 percent to the normal price.

    Someone who saved units up and wants to upgrade one of the best champs in the game. Who would have a problem with it? Someone with no coin who spends their units on revives cuz they got no skills. Oops.
