Cap IW science synergy

Hey so recently been working on 5.4 100% and ive been noticing lately that well using cap iw and hulk (ragnarok) that it doesnt seem to be working. As when im not attacking neither Dorms degen nor Morningstars bleed damage is being affected by the passive weakness.

Has anyone else noticed this?

    I have also had troubles but I had cap iw synergy with hulk , but yea ,

    I even tried teaming
    cap iw
    Iron Man
    Thor
    Hulk
    Crack Thor
    It says increase cap iw attack by up till 1000+ for up to 2 unique synergy bonus excluding himself, well I had 4, only needed 2, and his spcl 3 did way less damge than if I had none if his synergy's, he seems to hit better,harder if u have 2 of same attribute,but of the champ that is synergies together

    @Patchie93 the bleeds can probably be explained, because damage does not scale dynamically based on attack. So when the bleeds or DoT are activated, they take the base damage at that time and use that for the whole thing (I think). With MS you won't see a difference bc you only trigger when you're hitting her, and at that stage her damage is already reduced. As for Dorm, I'm not too sure, but unless degen was triggered while you were hit, there won't be a change.

    @Soowoo456 I just checked that team and I cannot find anywhere that claims that Cap IW gains attack by up to 1000+ for unique synergies, so I'm not sure what you're talking about.

    @soowoo456 just did the fight again and this time the bleed was reduced so im not to sure what affects it.
    When its not working 385 per tick when the synergy was working it only did 185 per tick xD

    Tbh the only difference between the 2 fights was one cap iw was dead the other he wasnt

    For every kinetic charges he gains 517attack, total of 5 kinetics, u charge his heavy it gives u an attack boost rating of 517/kinetic charge,spcl 3 if kinetically charged gain 1035 attack for each different class on caps team, no more than 2 (excluding himself) I see 4 different attributes,
    5kinetic charges with a fury that's
    5x(1/charge)
    1035attack for 2 diff class, Wich there is, so 2070 for diff class and for the 5 kinetic charges,and the fury,that's equivalent to amount of kinetic charge,for 10 kinetic charges basically,
    517×10=5170+2070=7240, and yet when I have at least 1 synergy active with cap, he don't do as much damage

    Ah, I see @Soowoo456
    Which characters were you fighting? Champs like Magneto and Gwenpool can limit the amount of damage done to them (also Luke Cage, Killmonger, Iceman and Mephisto I think)
