Exclusive crystals tremendously miscalculated

I recently had 1 million battle chips and when I went to purchase exclusive crystals it only gave me 500 why is that? This must have been a severe miscalculation either by the computer or by myself thinking of one with six zeros behind it is 1 million. Please help me with this problem I'm quite pissed.

    How many should u have gotten ? Did u buy Uncollected Arena or Basic Arena crystals ?

    1,000,000 / 2,000 = 500

    Sounds like you bought standard arena crystals which cost 2,000 BC each. You didn’t think you got 1 crystal for 1 BC did ya?
