  2-3M should get you the champ most of the time.
  
  If your alliance doesn’t use the Line app, you should still download it and add Trucos. They send out the previous arena numbers.

  Sentinel 2.46M
  Lady Thor 1.63M
  KM 3.57M and 3.4M
  BPCW 1.77M
  Gulk 3M
  
  It depends if the champ is newer, and also who the featured champ is that arena. This is still one of the best ways to build your roster.
