Is the level up event gone? Haven't seen one in a while and I'm getting kind of impatient

    Not really. You don't get two hero use or arena events twice. Level up didn't show up as it was supposed to. It happened few weeks back too.

    Yes they are random ... but with that system to not repeat the same event 2x times in a row (altought that happened a few times already in the past).
