How do you guys recruit better plays to grow with, I feel like a lot of people on here are very snobby. They think because they are so high rank they can’t be in an alliance with people rated 50,000 to 100,000. We are just trying to rebuild our alliance with more active individuals and people who will work together for one common goal. But that’s proving quite difficult. What gives?

    I feel your pain. I have two accounts and I'm leader with my new account. It's very difficult to recruit new members with accounts around 50-100k. Lot's of new players are very stubborn and don't communicate well. I think like everything else in the game, you just have to continue to put in the work..

    Would you be interested in merging with us? I can make you an officer? We aren’t looking for an easy way out, just more players who play as much as we do, on our skill level.

    we are looking for active peeps and not really fussy as to how strong peeps are.....
    we just want peeps that participate in every single aw
    and we run AQ bg1 map5, bg2 map4, and bg3 map3. that way donations are low, everyone gets decent rewards.
    the not so strong players do aq map 3 and the stronger ones do aq map5. we all benifit from decent rewards for small donations. we just want active peeps
