how to increase my Champions Rating !

Hello Everyone,

As you guys can see in the attach pic's of 4* Awakend Medusa, why is there a different hero rating for the same champion ? even tho my medusa is Signature 80 she still lower than my friedn Medusa who's signature 31 ?!

can anyone explain me how to increase my Champions Rating. and does the mastery has anything to do with that ?

    It is all about your mastery set up. You need to change up your masteries, but do it in a way that you are comfortable with. Do not change them just to get the higher rating, change them to customize your individual play style. What works for some may not work for you.
