Here we go again can't find a match for AW

So for our first AW of the season we got screwed by Kabams faulty matchmaking system and we couldn't find a match for over 3 hours and because of that it took us past the 7:00 deadline so now it's over 1.5 hours and still no match and not sure what to do and a lot of people are getting upset by this
