Our Defender Ratings show Very LOW!!

We are a tier 4 alliance, !TXA!, and I noticed this war that our defender ratings all show very low, like only 7k boss!! I look at our opponent defenders and they seem normal, 100k boss linked. I am assuming this is some type of bug, because we are still getting defender kills. Anyone else see this? Mods, are you aware of this?
